ATF Federal Explosives Permit

EPCDs / explosive bird control devices purchased from Loomacres Wildlife Management are to be used for bird control and wildlife pest control only.

You must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations before purchasing any EPCD.

The buyer(s) and user(s) of EPCDs must be qualified personnel 21 years of age or older.

Effective May 1, 2011 the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, & Explosives requires all purchasers of Explosive Pest Control Devices (EPCD) to have a federal explosives permit (unless purchased by a government agency).
